Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. No prior experience is required—we will provide full training. This position is perfect for someone eager to grow professionally while supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven office environment. Key
Responsibilities
Greet visitors, applicants, and clients professionally and warmly
Answer phones, transfer calls, and take clear messages
Learn how to schedule interviews, manage calendars, and support the recruiting process
Assist walk-in applicants with forms and document collection
Log visitor information, complete daily receptionist reports, and track outreach efforts
Make at least 5 cold calls per day to introduce our services to healthcare facilities
Support the CEO with administrative tasks and attend occasional events
Keep the reception area organized, stocked, and welcoming
Follow all confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
A friendly and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic computer and phone skills
Reliable, punctual, and organized Interest in growing in an administrative or healthcare-related role
